 Overall Purpose

Support the FACT Middle East Manager in expanding and maintaining a network of investigation source in Iran.

Implement and oversee processes with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality investigative and verification products to international clients.

Assist with the expansion of business opportunities in Iran.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in building a network of investigation and verification sources in Iran
  • Research potential contacts and build and maintain relationships
  • Support the negotiation of costs with suppliers
  • Oversee the allocation of checks, identifying the information that needs to be sent to each entity
  • Review work produced by Iranian sources, maintaining high standards through liaison and training
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and queries dealt with in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Process Leads and client delivery team
  • Identify verification tasks that can be completed internally within FACT and introduce methods to enable these
  • Assist with the development of future business opportunities in Iran

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Farsi
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Based in Dubai with ability to travel to Iran
  • Strong understanding of Iranian culture
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and managing relationships with key partners
  • Ability to negotiate and hold key partners to account where necessary
  • Demonstrable understanding of and interest in research and investigation methods, including both physical and online tools and techniques
  • Understanding of the due diligence environment
  • Adaptable, competent and comfortable with technology
