In a landmark case, a 22-year-old graduate in Performing Arts from Thames Valley University who was found guilty of recording three films in a cinema (The Crazies, Alice in Wonderland and Green Zone) and then uploading them to the internet. He was sentenced to six months imprisonment, the first conviction of its kind in the UK.
